Company Overview

ITL started out her journey in the energy industry as a Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Project Management Company covering NDT/DT, welding inspection, Technical Integrity Verification (TIV), As-Built Verification, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Inspection, Material Verification, Boroscopic Examination, Positive Metal Identification (PMI), Leak Testing, Tank Calibration & Measurements, Tank & Tank Floor Inspection, Valves inspection, Corrosion Mapping, Buried Lines identification, Pre & Post Weld Heat Treatment, Pressure Testing, Vacuum Box Inspection for onshore/offshore facilities and later extended her tentacles to vendor/shop inspection and expediting, painting and coating technologies, and various human capacity development training in all her service areas, including: welding, NDT/DT, QA/QC, vocational skills and soft skills.

Our Deliverable

As an accredited inspection body, ITL offers third party inspection services including vendor inspection, QC surveillance and expediting services designed to meet and exceed expectations, and comply with the best international practice at very reasonable cost.

ITL conducts Lifting Inspection for Offshore Containers/accessories and handles Tubular (OCTG) management and inspection to relevant specifications. We carry out basic Non-destructive & Destructive Testing for onshore/offshore operations in line with ISO: 17020 and 17025. Our NDT capabilities include Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Industrial Radiography, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye – Penetrant Inspection, etc while our Destructive Testing covers Charpy V-Notch, Bend, Tensile, Compression, Hardness, Macro & Micrography, Chemical analysis, etc.

We also conduct advanced inspection and testing services including AUT, PAUT, TOFD, Eddy Current, etc, and carry out various Training and Manpower Development programs for the Oil, Gas, Marine and Power industries, covering QA/QC management, API & NDT Training and Certification up to ASNT NDT Level III, welding, welding inspection training, etc. to internationally recognised certification such as ISO 9712, CSWIP, AWS, IIW and TWF Schemes.
